Quality of Resume and Support
Let me tell you about the disadvantages that I found. The main problem of this site is that they do not offer 24/7 online chat with Customers support. I find this option very useful and convenient, because you can ask any questions and get a constant help. For example, like Here.
As for the documents, I have ordered Resume and Cover letter. At first sight, everything was well done. Nice writing style, some mistakes of course, nice formatting. But I felt that something is missing. I think that writer could have made more effort. All in all, resume was ok, but I did not get that position and even an interview.
